Paradise Poker Tournaments
The Tournaments at Paradise Poker are very good; they have the usual World Series of Poker tournament where you play your way up to winning a seat at the famous World Series of Poker Championship. Other tournaments available to you are Multi Tables Tournaments, Single Table Tournaments “Sit and Go’s”, Multi Table Sit and Go’s, Freeroll’s, Satellite’s, Turbo, Deep Stack Tournaments and that is just some of the available tournaments on offer.
Obviously different people will favour different game types depending on how good their game play is i.e.; a beginner might prefer to play “Sit and Go Tournaments” because these games aren’t as complicated as perhaps a “Multi Table Tournament” with a couple of thousand players, whatever your level of game play is there will definitely be a tournament for you on Paradise Poker. These are a couple of my own personal favourites.
Freeroll Tournaments;
Let’s face it everybody loves something for nothing and that’s what you get with a Freeroll Tournament, there are different variations of freeroll tournaments, most of the time you will need to use your “frequent player points” for the buy-in but because you are earning these points just for playing it means that these tournaments are truly free to play.
Guaranteed Tournaments;
These tournaments guarantee a particular prize pool so basically if you are good enough you could win a share of $10,000 from a $25 buy-in, normally there will be 400 players each paying the $25 buy-in which gives a guaranteed prize pool of $10,000, however at Paradise Poker if only 200 players buy-in to this tournament they will still payout a guaranteed $10,000, and if more than 400 players buy-in to the tournament the prize pool will increase accordingly. If you are lucky enough to buy-in to one of these tournaments and only a couple of hundred other players are playing then your chances of winning are drastically increased hence this tournament is a favourite of mine.
